Christian Island is home to the Beausoleil First Nation.
It has approximately 700 residents year round and many others during the summer months.
Beausoleil First Nation rests in the southern tip of Georgian Bay on Christian, Beckwith and Hope Islands.
These magnificent islands are home to the Chippewa people.
